a soldiers prayer

theres a young man far from home,
called his nation in time of war..
send to defend our freedom on some distand foreign shore.
we pray for keep him safe, we pray u keep him strong,
we pray u send him safely home...

theres a young woman safely home,
serving her family with pride..
her step is strong, her step is sure..
we pray that she will be patient and strong
until her soldier safely return to home..
